Lead Exit - T1
Our standard ending consists of a heat-resistant ceramic paste which seals the entry against moisture. Various remaining cartridges are made with this base, unless otherwise stated.

Lead Exit - T2: Ceramic Plug
Cartridge has a steatite ceramic piece which juts out slightly. It is 0.118 inches to 0.236 inches in length, depending on the diameter of the cartridge. It prevents the touching of the leads within the tube, thereby giving more consistent cable entry.

Lead Exit - T3: Block with screw Endings
Cartridge has a steatite ceramic piece with inserted screws. This allows for the quick attachment of any wires

Lead Exit - T4: Twin Post Endings
Cartridge with stainless steel imperial/metric threaded studs.  This allows for the quick changing of wires.

Lead Exit - T5: Single Cable Ending
Cartridge with a single fibreglass cable for low voltage cartridges

Lead Exit - T6: Single Post Ending
Cartridge with an imperial/metric unipolar threaded stud for a quick cable attachment.

Mounting - T7: Circular Steel Plate  and Nipple endings
A circular plate including mounting holes, to securely fasten the cartridge on to the object being heated.Ideal for areas subject to movement and vibration.

Mounting - T7B: Steel Squared Plate and Nipple endings
A squared plate with mounting hole, to  fasten the cartridge on to the object being heated, for areas subject to mild movement and vibration.

Mounting & Endings - T8: Threaded Section with nut and Nipple terminations
Fully water resistant (IP67) and reinforced cartridge. Ready for removal from its application by unscrewing, especially if the cartridge has become dislodged.

Ideal for areas where pressurised fluids are present. This is useful for heating in areas with pressure fluids(oil & water tanks, glues, plastics etc.) and even incinerators

Mounting - T9: Metal Block with 90º tube exit and cable
Fully water resistant (IP67) and highly reinforced cartridge with a metal block and armoured and sealed cable.Its strong reinforcement is to prevent deformation in case of major displacement of the cartridge. The finished T9 can be used in any hostile situation (including fluids,high temperatures,shocks and impacts).
